Just a quick question for you. Imagine you are the boss of an important business and just recently two of your secretaries are not performing as well as they should be. You discover that while they should have been busy working they have in fact been in each others arms having what can only be described as a lesbian secretarial love affair.
Would you get rid of them both, sack the older secretary as she should know better or would you allow them to both remain in employment as long as they remember to leave the door ajar so that you may keep an eye on them at ALL times.
